We are thrilled to announce that registration for the much-anticipated Family Weekend 2026 at the University of Denver is officially OPEN! Mark your calendars for a weekend filled with fun, connection, and unforgettable memories from Friday, April 24th - Sunday, April 26th!
Family Weekend is a wonderful opportunity for families to experience firsthand the vibrant campus life at DU. Join us for engaging activities, interactive sessions, athletic events, and much more that will allow you to connect with your student's DU experience in a meaningful way.
Pricing:
- Early Bird Family Weekend Ticket - $35
- Closes Sunday, February 15th
- Family Weekend Ticket - $45
- Opens Monday, February 16th
- Only difference is the price
- DU Student Ticket - $15
- Meal Tickets Sold Separately
- Meal tickets will be available for purchase after your event tickets are processed (within 3 business days)
Who needs a ticket?
- Every member of your party needs a ticket, including your DU student
- Siblings under the age of 12 do not require an event ticket
Why does the event require purchasing an event ticket?
Family Weekend events are not included in our annual budget, and this event is fully funded through our ticket sales. This is an industry standard and true for most higher ed institutions. Tickets pay for rental fees, student wages, vendor fees, musicians, meals, and so much more!
Changes to this year's ticket options:
The past couple of years we've heard from families that they wanted more affordable Family Weekend tickets and an al-la-carte model to purchase what they know they will use. Because of this, we've changed our registration options!
This year, the purchase of an event ticket will allow access to all 60+ events across the three-day event. Early Bird pricing will end Sunday, February 15th. Regular pricing after that available through the event.
How to register:
Step 1: Registration must be competed on a computer
- It will not work on a phone, tablet, or app
